Overview
Grote first approached our team to enhance their internal communications and employee engagement through video content. After creating 20+ videos, we identified opportunities where video could support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. We then expanded into producing brand awareness videos, educational training materials, and case study content to strengthen employee engagement and development. Additionally, we helped them create internal communication videos to streamline HR processes and improve team alignment.
